Our kitchen is a very busy place indeed. Refurbished
and extended in the winter of 2004, they are ready for the
increase in popularity of our food. The Chef's have both modern
and traditional equipment on hand.
All our ingredients are sourced through local
suppliers. Owen Davies our Catering Manager, works hard ensuring
that our suppliers provide us with the quality produce that we
require. Owen has used our Butcher, F. Griffiths & Sons for
over 15 years, and many others for almost as long.
Our kitchen brigade is headed by Kerry Davies, as
head chef and Gemma Childs as second chef. The kitchen has other
chef's as well and offers a training programme for aspiring young
chefs.
