Full Time restaurant staff required. You will need to be friendly, courteous and proffesional. Training is provided and the role will suite someone who has a keen interest in our event work. Promotion to Assistant Restaurant manager is available. We offer good rates of pay, uniform, meals on duty and great working conditions. We trade 7 days a week, with evening work on a Friday and Saturday.
Part Time restaurant / bar staff required. You will need to be 17 years old or over (due to licensing requirements) and will be looking to work some evenings and weekends. You will need to be friendly, courteous and proffesional. Training is provided. We offer good rates of pay, uniform, meals on duty and great working conditions.
Full time chef required to join our kitchen team. rate of pay dependant upon experience. You should have a passion for food and cooking, be able to work as both part of a team and independently. Weekend working is a requirement. Knowledge and practice of food safety is essential, certification training can be provided. Chefs white are provided. a good opportunity to progress. We close our kitchen for the Christmas & New Year holiday each year a bonus for many chefs.
The Martyrs Inn Tolpuddle, a small country pub near Dorchester
Full Time Cook / Chef to join our kitchen team. At the Martyrs Inn (now under new management) we produce good fresh pub classics with the addition of some Brasserie style dishes. Hours between 30 – 50 per week and salary dependant upon experience. The right candidate must know their way around a kitchen and have basic cooking knowledge. Kitchen safety essential as we have a 5* environmental health rating to maintain.
