Do you allow dogs in the Gardens?


We do not allow dogs in the formal gardens. Guide dogs are permitted. There is a shaded wooded area in the car park which can be use for exercising your dog.

 

Can we use the Restaurant without seeing the House & Gardens?


Yes. The entrance to the House & Gardens is through the restaurant.

 

Is there an area that we can picnic in?


There is an area of the wooded carpark that borders with the river that is ideal.

 

Is the House still lived in?


Yes, Athelhampton is still a family home
